Holiday Special! - Free Vasectomy Reversal Consultation

For a limited time, we’re waiving our typical fee and offering a free vasectomy reversal consultation. To receive a free
consultation, contact us before March 31, 2012 and schedule an in-office visit to our San Diego location or a phone
consult  (out-of-town patients). While the consultation must be scheduled on or before March 31, 2012, the actual
consultation can take place at a later date. This offer only applies to vasectomy reversal consultations.

Clear & Affordable Vasectomy Reversal Fees - $7100

At MFS, we strive to ensure that our pricing is clear and affordable for our patients. Vasectomy reversal procedures
are currently offered at $7100. This includes surgeon fees, facility fees, anesthesia fees and two semen analyses.
Please note that this does not include the pain pump or prescription medications.

Freeze First!™ Sperm Banking Fees from $300

We encourage all patients to cryopreserve their sperm prior to vasectomy, cancer treatments, spinal cord procedures, military deployment, other dangerous activities or reaching an advanced age. Sperm banking has never been more affordable, with rates starting at $300 for the first 3 years of storage (typical cost is $1,700) at the Fertility Center of California. Note that special pricing is only available to MFS patients. This special offer is for the storage of 3 specimens for the first 3 years for a price of $300.

Clear & Affordable Vasectomy Fees - $795

Typically a vasectomy is covered by health insurance, and in most cases only a co-pay is necessary. Please contact your health insurance to find out if coverage for a vasectomy surgery is available. For patients without health insurance that are paying out of pocket, a vasectomy performed by Dr. Bastuba will cost $200 for the initial consultation and $795 for the vasectomy procedure.

Military Discounts - 15% OFF

Dr. Bastuba is extremely honored to help those who serve our country. Members of the United States Military will be offered a 15% discount on services at MFS. A valid military ID must be presented to receive the discount.

Additional Professional Discounts

Additional professional discounts are available on a case-by-case basis. Some considerations may include discounts for fire fighters, police officers, doctors and services in bulk.
